My mental illness may challenge us, major medical issues challenge many relationships. BUT, they NEVER define them. We press on together, as one, even when one needs space and time alone.

Lost & Found: Ageless Wisdom for the Soul

Today is a new day. I don’t necessarily feel new. My body has aged. Wrinkles tell their own story of life. Dying my hair and going to the bathroom at 3:00 am are competing for a medal. The gift of aging seems to be lacking.

In the aftermath, we clearly see that its accomplishment was to divide. How do you adapt to this nonsense?

Their Addiction~My Journey: Closure Matters

These are truths of my life and stories of my heart. I am not capable of hiding behind closed doors. I understand that many of you carry guilt or shame about your experiences, but I want you to know you are not alone. I refuse to keep the secrets that deeply impacted my life. I will never need validation from others; I have it within myself where God lives. Sharing this can help others feel less isolated and more supported in their healing journey.
