Poetry- Heart for God

Oh beat lovely heart

To the glory of God

Who created such beauty

And loved everyone..

Beat for the mercy

And beat for the grace.

But beat for loving

In this worldly place.

There is more to the world

than the world..

More in the daily

life we live..

There are faces to see

There are sick

There are dying,

Empty stomachs to feed..

There are widows

and orphans

And more and more.

This is purpose

it is our place.

A calling to be called

Something to stand for…

Among the evil

We still live

As we journey home

This world’s a gift..

And we rise above

The chaos

The chatter

To see and help

To free and carry

To tell the lost

..They matter.

When bullets race

And we see the broken

When bombs explode

And lives are Satan’s token.

And the innocent

Lose innocence..

Then we know.

This is it.

Our role.

To love,

to care,

To bring the light

Of Jesus..

..Everywhere..

We know.

Satan still strolls

And lies and deceives..

He still tempts the strong

And preys on the weak..

The unsaved and saved

are Satan’s enemy.

And we know.

All are children

To Him above..

So beat lovely heart

March on and on..

Raise your banner high

To the glory of

A loving God..

I'm someone who has always had a deep passion for literature and writing. From a young age, I've been captivated by the power of words and the way they can transport us to different worlds, open our minds to new ideas, and connect us with people and experiences that are distant from our own. Whether it's immersing myself in a classic novel, jotting down my thoughts in a journal, or crafting my own creative stories, writing and literature have always been an essential part of my life. I'm excited to continue exploring this rich and rewarding field, and to share my thoughts and insights with others who share my love for all things literary.
