Bipolar Life-Victory

You blink your eyes, and things change. Your environment, your body, your language, all because you were finally able to change your suffering thoughts.

And when you look around again, to thank that optimistic soul for their persuasion and their honesty, for their perfectly timed intervention and cascade of uplifting all-inspiring words, you come up short.

“Where are they,” you ask.

“Sweet face, turn around.”
You slowly turn in quiet desperation, but all you see is your own timid reflection staring back at you.

“Thank her. She’s responsible for what may be the greatest escape to freedom we’ve ever witnessed.”

And you step back, unsure of what you have encountered. Fearful to see the credits beginning to scroll up and your name to be proudly displayed as the producer of your own life, director of your own goals, and writer of your own story.

Your thought were taken captive in an undeniable victory…by you.

Well done warrior. Well done.
