Authentic Truths~Charlie Kirk’s Memorial

As we begin today, I am asking everyone to pause and pray for peace ahead of the Charlie Kirk memorial service.

We’ve witnessed some of the worst actions and behaviors in humanity over the past week. The bold display is evidence of a fallen world that mocks the innocent dead, our faith, our traditional values, and disrupts a time of grief and mourning.

We are not surprised because that is what evil does. The devil uses every dark heart to do his work. They are simply pawns being used in a sinister world, unaware of their role.

But the unrest and chants are small and weak in the work of a Mighty God. They are lost souls; we hope and pray that they find their way to conviction and redemption. Their souls matter, and we will never stop praying for those who are lost.

A father and mother, a wife, children, and family will gather with a nation and the world. They will rejoice through their grief and remember a man who proclaimed Jesus’ name so often that the devil became fearful and had to silence him.

Satan’s plan backfired.

The world sings HIS name and shares the gospel message- and that name is JESUS!

Multitudes picked up a Bible for the first time. Fathers everywhere gathered with the church. Women sat in the pews, joyful and searching, with tears, while children learned about Jesus.

This is what revival looks like.

The life of Charlie spoke to millions, but the message of Jesus Christ, shared because of Charlie’s death, will lead those millions to eternity through our Lord, our Risen Savior.

For as hard as they try to separate Charlie Kirk from his mission, distance him from his faith, or malign him because of his truth, they are powerless. Charlie Kirk was an imperfect man telling others about a perfect God who so loved the world that He sent His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life.

Now, it’s our turn to take the baton and run our race with perseverance, determination, and resolve. God is with us.

❤️Lisa

“God bless the Kirk family, and keep them all safe and in your care. Place a hedge of protection around the gathering tomorrow and hear our hearts, Lord.”

In Jesus’ Name,
AMEN 🙏

I'm someone who has always had a deep passion for literature and writing. From a young age, I've been captivated by the power of words and the way they can transport us to different worlds, open our minds to new ideas, and connect us with people and experiences that are distant from our own. Whether it's immersing myself in a classic novel, jotting down my thoughts in a journal, or crafting my own creative stories, writing and literature have always been an essential part of my life. I'm excited to continue exploring this rich and rewarding field, and to share my thoughts and insights with others who share my love for all things literary.
