There is comfort when we consider the magnitude of Jesus Christ- our living hope.
He lived the life we cannot achieve. He was born into a culture where women just didn’t have kids out of wedlock- so even if Joseph stayed, there were probably gossips doing their thing.
His birth lit up the heavens so bright, that navigating the night was easy as the stars led the way. Those who knew, knew; the Messiah had arrived.
The birth of an innocent baby is where it all began for him.
The death of an innocent man is where it all began for us.
Let today be filled with gratitude and joy. Jesus Christ was born.
